Below is a recent case showing how much you can reduce your payments with an IVA.
Client Name: Mr & Mrs Arnold
Town: Littlehampton, West Sussex
Description:

Mr & Mrs Arnold were paying £1356 per month to their unsecured creditors. They owed a total of £47,563 unsecured which consisted of 3 personal loans, 6 credit cards and 2 store cards as well as 2 overdrafts. Their combined monthly income was £2,345. After they paid their rent, council tax and monthly bills they were left with £1,000 to pay the creditors. This was not enough and they soon found themselves in a financial predicament.

They now have a formal arrangement with their creditors under an IVA. We gained approval to significantly reduce their monthly contractual repayments and they now pay £341 per month. They will pay this for 60 months and after that the remaining debt will be legally written off through government legislation.
